1/18 - got my official results today. I went to get tested on 1/7. Although it's only been 10 days. I feel like it's been month. I tested positive for HSV 2 from the culture test. But neg in my blood test . They said it indicates I was just recently exposed to it. I am still in mid outbreak . Started on 3rd so about 2 weeks which I hear is normal. It may go into a month though as they say stress makes outbreaks occur and I'm a teacher so very stressful ! I have been working my way to Dr.Sebi high Akaline diet . As proper diet helps keep outbreaks at bay.

Tuesday . I have sharp pain down my legs. It's a side effect of herpes. I go in and out with the reality that just 2 weeks ago I was STD free. I am still going to try the hydrogen peroxide therapy but I keep thinking its a bad dream. Get tested! Demand to get tested!

1/9. It's only Monday so haven't got my official results back but after much research I am feeling better about finding a cure. I went and bought groceries for an Akaline diet which is said to be the best to prevent herpes outbreaks . I get my 35% food grade Hydrogen peroxide in 4 days. I will start the very next day. I'll have to stay on that plan for a minimum of 60 days. Which would take me into End of March . At that point I want to continue into April and retest hopefully .

Today is 1/8/17.On New Year's Eve weekend I went on vacation to a place I had gone before . I had un protected sex with a friend and with a guy whom I had unprotected sex with before. A few days later, on 1/3 it started to hurt to urinate , I checked myself and saw one small white bump next to an open sore. I freaked out but was unable to secure a doctors appointment until 1/7. By then the white sore had broke. I also had strong smelling discharge and pain in my lower body. The doctor looked at my sores and inside my privates and told me she suspected herpes. She took a swab of the sore and blood test. She will also be testing for syphillis to rule that out as she is almost certain it's herpes. I stayed in bed all weekend. I thought about killing myself . I knew I was careless but why did the first STD have to be so severe? I don't have kids and now that is out the window as herpes can cause many ailments in the baby. As I stayed in bed, I was in and out of sleep as I was so depressed. When I was awake I started to read more about herpes and became angry with not only myself but the medical field . I had got regular STD testing. They would always test for clamydia and gonnorea as they said it was "most" common. I had HIV testing also. I never knew how common herpes was. 1 in 6 Americans have it . Of those 1 in 6, 90% don't know they have it because they show no symptoms !! But doctors won't test you for it unless you have symptoms ! How does that even make sense? They are purposely allowing people to
Come into their offices and not routinely test them even though they may have herpes. I could not stomach the fact that i was stuck with this for the rest of my life. I started to think of leaving home, going far away and being isolated. Then I started to research natural ways to help herpes and came across Hydrogen Peroxide therapy. They say herpes virus can't live on outside which is why it can't be passed through door knobs etc. which means it will be killed if there is oxygen in the body. I didn't know if I should believe it but then it hit me. I must try it for my future . The medical companies don't want doctors to test for herpes because the more ppl infected means lifetime of $$ for them. I have not told anyone besides the two men I slept with about my infection. I really don't know who gave it to whom. I could've been the carrier as like I said before 90% of those infected don't know it because they have no symptoms and doctors don't automatically test for it even though it's THE most common STD. If you're reading this. Go get a blood test. Even if you don't have symptoms . Go get it and don't sleep with anyone until they have a blood test taken also. Condoms
Don't always protect either ! If they person has herpes on their thigh , ball sack etc, and it touches your areas, you can get it too! The doctor gave me anti viral meds that I will be taking until my good grade 35% hydrogen Peroxide arrives. From there i will be following that. This blog is so I can share my experience and feel less alone.
