Ok I got an outbreak this week while on vacation . As mentioned in the previous post I have been eating vegan but not alkaline & have had no leg pain so I do think leg pain was being hidden by acidic foods .
I start another fast 2mrw. My goal is 20 days. I will have another week off as I am going out of town again. When I return I will attempt a 40 day. Work starts within that 40 day. I believe I can do it better when I am at work .
Fast will consist of:
Oxygen therapy
Oil of oregano drops , pills, ointment
Sebi herbs purchased from FB gentlemen
Cold Teas of sasprilla , burdock root and soursop leaves
Hot teas for the bitter such as Guaco
Gallon of spring water daily
Some juices of kale , cucumber + Apple . Jucing is VERY expensive so it's hard to keep up with it .

I have Been on vacation for a week in Chicago. I've stayed vegan but not alkaline . The good thing is that soursop powder & frozen pulp is readily available here so I can stock up on that . The package on the soursop powder says it helps with herpes.
As I've mentioned before I've had consistent nerve leg pain since I contracted herpes. It's there 6 out of 7 days if not every day . I tried to track what I'd eat to see what sparked it the most . I felt when I would eat starches in the alkaline like avocados , chicpeas & spelt the pain got worse . Then I also felt when I ate too much fruit it also got worse . But I don't have will power to survive on just lettuce and other veggies for a year straight .
A side note , when I got diagnosed in Jan I made a profile on Positivesingles.com it's a dating site for ppl with + std diagnoses . I started so I could discuss the dieases with ppl who also had it , well there's not much there it's not terrible but dating wise the pickings are SLIM like slim is giving it too
Much . BUT I had asked a question about these leg pains . A guy responded to me saying he gets them also and it means the virus is alive but since I am not getting the outbreak that usually comes after most ppls outbreak means that although the virus is alive and moving around my nervous system it is not strong enough to cause an outbreak .

Today I've ate only alkaline and the pain is back So what I'm thinking is not only does acidic food feed dieases , in herpes case (or maybe my case alone) acidic foods also help hide the virus in the nervous system but when
I eat alkaline the virus is having to fight with the akalinity causing my pain .
Idk it makes sense to me, does that make sense to anyone else ?

I so didn't realize it had been so long since I posted . Things are the same here , still taking herbs from the guy on FB, but I stopped taking the food grade hydrogen peroxide . I fell off for a week or two then I went full blow to 25 drops and I puked so I need to start slowly again . It's been about 2 weeks since I stated eating again , I feel better fasting and snacking eating meals I still have trouble with portion sizes so i eat too much :/. I'm going out of town 2mrw for a week & 1/2. I packed an Akaline lunch so hopefully TSA lets me pass with it . The friend I'm staying with is Vegan so hopefully I can make her Akaline for the week lol

So I decided to stop the fast . I'm just going to say I stopped at day 14. My first attempt was 2 day. My 2nd was 14 so we'll see when I do a third. I ate my first cooked meal Friday . I was so happy but over did it :/. Yesterday and today I also ate cooked meals and it was the first time
In a loooong time that I felt tired during the day. So I need to spread out my cooked meals. But I am much happier eating again. I know it'll take longer to heal but my mood is way better.

There are days that I miss eating meat and dairy, pizza sounds so delicious . Well I was watching a lot of food documentaries on Netflix . I hate that I got herpes. But I'm glad even if I miss the bad foods that I've changed my eating habits . Plant based is where it's at. Even though herpes is horrible , and I'm lonely a lot mentally , emotionally and physically I hope that when I ride above this , my experiences and knowledge I can help others .

Ok so today again SHOULD be day 22. But I have still drank a smoothie and ate some fruit . I also fell off from doing hydrogen peroxide routine & oregano oil routine . So I need to start again . Emotionally I am feeling better but I haven't followed the process to the T so any delay in curing is my fault . Everyday I start with the fast but when I come home I see the fruit and I eat some . I know lack of willpower . :( . I'm going to still try my best .

So today is June 20th. It SHOULD be the. 20th day of the fast but I messed up after I got an outbreak . I got depressed , the fast wasn't hard but I ate out of anger and sadness. I didn't eat a cooked meal or anything but had smoothies all week along with handful of goji berries and some burro bananas cuz I FINALLY found some. It was just a rough week over all . Because it hurt to pee and wipe I didn't drink any of the herbs that I usually make into tea. It makes be go #2 quite often and I stopped cuz I know it would hurt too much to wipe all dang day. I am not sure how much that week and a half of smoothies will effect the overall fast but I am going to continue to the 40 days. Now that my blisters are healing , I can go back on the teas. I hope I can push through next time and continue to take them even though it hurts to pee and wipe.
I don't think like I failed the fast but I don't think I completed it entirely to the T. But I am proud I went 14 days with just water , tea and juice. The time before I only made it 2 days . So huge jump. I want to do some research on how long it takes certain food to digest. After the 40 days I want to try fasting during the week and eating on weekends but we'll see, one step at a time.
Personal life wise , I am going on Summer break and trying to get a summer job so I can 1) be distracted 2) get my own place . I decided to stay in my current state a year longer .
