Today is June 4th. I have started an attempted 40 day fast . It's what Dr.Sebi told Lisa Left eye to do . I don't know how long I'll last but I need to try it. I still have daily leg pain from nerves that herpes effects so I know the virus is very well alive and thriving . I am also doing weekly colonics . Sebi didn't approve but I need it cleaned . 2 mrw I will start the hydro therapy again along with coconut oil + oil of oregano drops.
I'm scared to loose so much weight during the fast and don't know if I'll lose hope after but like I said I'm giving dr.sebi a year . Sad how your life can be over in a blink of an eye. Sometimes when I think about my diagnosis I wish I would have just gotten cancer cuz then I could open up about my symptoms & i wouldn't be so ashamed .
Is doing colonics WEEKLY safe?
ReplyDeleteYour life is not over. It's herpes. Your body is just begging to be leansed. Americans don't get cured of diseases often because we have the worst diet and the lowest quality of food. Think about that for a moment. Most other countries don't have organic labels or things that say all natural because everything they produce is untainted and natural. That's the only way they know. Stop comparing yourself to others. This is your journey. Either you believe in your methods or not. But try not to go into them constantly doubting what you are doing. That defeats the purpose.
Do you rather be healthy and temporarily skinny or your normal weight and sick? Think about that...
You don't have to tell anyone about your condition. That's your business. You told the people you needed to tell. If you're not sleeping with them, it's not their business.

The colonic lady said it's safe you just have to REALLY hydrate your self after . The first one I felt good after . I fasted day before , and day of.
ReplyDeleteThe 2nd time I fasted 2 days prior & day of & more came out but figured if I wanted my gunk out I shouldn't have recent stuff . My next appt is 5-17 and if I can stick with it then it will be 15 days into my fast. So I hope the real whatever is clogged there comes out.
